The Graduate School of HRD, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA) is pleased to host the 24th Asian Academy of Human Resource Development Research Conference in Bangkok, Thailand during November 12th – 14th, 2025. With the theme of bridging the gap through the team-up to accelerate network for growing opportunities, we cordially invite scholars, scholarly practitioners and professionals working in any specialized fields of HRD to contribute to the conference by submitting and presenting papers, participating in forum discussions, and attending workshop. We urge potential contributors to thoroughly examine this document, as it outlines crucial details pertaining to the conference and the call for submissions.

Shuttle Bus Service
We will provide shuttle buses from the official hotel (The Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel) to the conference venue on November 12 – 14 (Free of charge, 2 rounds per day). The provided shuttle bus service is included in the registration fee

- Foreign participants: 2,600 THB (approximately $82 USD) per night
- Thai participants: 2,000 THB per night
If you would like to take advantage of these special rates, please make your reservation by emailing reservation@grandfourwings.com and mention that you are an AHRD 2025 participant.
Additionally, SHRD, as the host of this conference, would like to provide a complimentary shuttle bus service between the hotel and the conference venue for your convenience. We encourage you to consider this option for your accommodation. The bus schedule will be announced soon.

RSVP for Field Trip
As you will see in the registration system, we provide an optional field trip on November 15 to Nakhon Pathom Central Prison, where you will see National HRD goes live. We will provide the shuttle bus from the official hotel and back. Please note that this optional event is RSVP with limited number of participants.
