In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), we kindly request your consent to collect, store, and use your personal information for the purposes of organizing and managing The 24th Asian AHRD Research Conference 2025.

1. Purpose of Data Collection: Your personal information (such as full name, affiliation, position, email address, contact number, photo/video recordings, and any academic work submitted) will be used solely for the following purposes:
   • Registration and communication regarding the conference
   • Issuing receipts, certificates, and conference-related documents
   • Presentation scheduling and conference proceedings
   • Event promotion, reporting, and post-event evaluation
   • Creating records including photo and video documentation of the event
   • Submitting the conference proceedings to the organizing body and academic databases
2. Data Retention Period: Your personal data will be securely stored for a period necessary to fulfill the above purposes, and for a maximum of 5 years, after which it will be deleted or anonymized unless required otherwise by law.
3. Your Rights: You have the right to:
   • Access and request a copy of your data
   • Request to rectify or delete your data
   • Withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of data processed before the withdrawal)
